I LOVED IT

I’ve been feeling a bit down recently and this really helped me prioritize my self care for the first time in a long time! I had no problem finding time to do the daily activities and I liked the way the journal pages were formatted with multiple journal prompts depending on the day and activity, this really helped me capture my thoughts and goals.
